- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we aim to process your request within 14 working days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 30 working days.

Shipping Policy
Do you ship internationally, and what are the shipping costs?
We currently ship to United Arab Emirates, We offer free shipping within the UAE. There are no shipping costs or sales tax—amazing!
What are your processing and shipping times?
Processing Time: Orders may take 1–4 business days to process after placing the order before being shipped.
Standard Shipping Times:
Generally it may takes 24 hours for some selected products, and between 7-20 days for other products (Please check the Estimated Delivery Time below the product's page).
When your orders are shipped, you will receive a notification from us via email, including your tracking number! If you haven't received it or the tracking number doesn’t work, don’t worry. Contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue.
